It's been a little over a month now since I started the program and I have learned a lot, but I have so much more I need and want to know. Most days I feel great, like I'm right on track. There have been days however; when I feel like I may not be able to suceed in radio. I see all of these people who are talented, that started much younger that me and it can be intimidating. I think the most important thing is reminding myself that it is impossible for me to suceed if I don't give this everything I've got. I plan to do just that. I have four months left (which is going to fly by) and I need to step it up a notch. I feel like I've got most of the basics down and I need to figure out what my strengths are and run with them. I need to focus on networking; how to put myself out there. My goal for next week is to come up with a solid plan and "how to" guide for myself. Time to hit the groud running.
