Came in Friday and Saturday again this weekend to sit in with J Boogie and help with the show. He was going to be taking a vacation the following two weekends so I had to make sure I knew how to run the board and host the show while he's away. Took turns doing breaks both nights but on Saturday night he had me run the show by myself for the last couple of hours. I guess I have yet to mention it is a 4-hour show from 2 AM to 6 AM on the weekends.

I had some more pre-written breaks that I would read but started to only make cliffnotes of things to say and improvise the rest. The last couple of breaks I did on the show were all improvised, albeit a bit shaky at times, we're so much better than the original improvised breaks I had done my first week.

Got comfortable with the board this weekend and have confidence that I can run the show on my own the next couple of weekends without issue.
