6:35 pm- Boxing- Trending topic, upcoming matches. Throwback fight commentary.

6:40 pm- Baseball- Focus on NY teams but touch on trending topics in the league

6:45 pm- UFC- Trending topic, upcoming matches.

6:55 pm- Outro- Thank everyone for listening and encourage people to suscribe to you podcast and give out your social media handles.

7:00 pm.- Episode 1 done
