This was by far my favorite week! I feel like I learned more this week than any other and with the tools I learned I can build on my talents. I learned how ot sell my voice much better on the radio, which I was pretty concerned with. I didnt feel like I was going to catch the rhythm of my voice, but it has only been 4 weeks and I am already getting comfortable on the mic. The next level up is going to be not needing to warm up and just being comfortabel and confident right away on the mic. I also learned more about how to edit. The radio show assignment really helped me play around with the program a but more and it also helped train my ear to hear what is good or bad and what to change. I redid the show 3 times because I kept finding new way to improve the work I had done. This week is going to be full of practice! I need to complete 10 commercials, I am actually excited to practice. I know I am going to be a prisoner of the moment but I REALLY enjoyed hosting a music radio show and I might change my path a little to work more with music. What I am going to try is producing a sports radio show that features music. Maybe in between songs give takes and updates going on in the world of sports? I dont know, I am letting it brew. Well time to start working on those commercials, later!
