Today a big trade was rumored to go down between the Chicago Bears and the New York Jets.  It was for star reciever Brandon Marshall.  The rumor stated that he had been traded from the Bears to the Jets for a fifth round pick.  While during a commercial break Newy and I discussed this trade and I got a little upset.  My team is the Cleveland Browns, I know pathetic but hey you can't say that I'm a bandwagoner, and I wanted them to get the stud reciever.  I kind of ranted and said that the Browns should have pursued this trade harder and gotten the rights to Marshall and gave reasons and solutions in how to acquire him.  I won't bore you non-browns fans with the details but I felt like they were valid arguments and well so did Newy.  He used some of what I had said in our discussion on his acttual show!  It felt really good that a professional like him would use a part of our conversation in a show of his magnitude.  It just validated what I was saying and that I'm formulating good opinons on sports takes. The trade turned out to be true and yet again my beloved Browns didnt come through for me, which I should be used to but I'm not.  Maybe they will suprise me when free agency starts this coming Tuesday.
