Due to certian circumstances, I was unable to return to the WMMR studio until Saturday, Demcember 6. During this session I recorded audio for my commercial writing assignment. I wrote three commercials about the deli that I currently work at. Two of my commercials were 30 seconds long and the third was 60 seconds. I was surprised how quickly ideas came to me and it only took a matter of about 45 minutes to write all three. It was really interesting to write, record, and edit my own commercials. I hope to share the final products with my manager soon! Since I had been unable to attend for two weeks I also recorded the first assignment in the news reporting section. This was the longest recording I've had to make so far and finding the right flow between changing subjects was a little tricky. Next week I will be continuing to work on news reporting.
