After a bout of illness over the weekend, I came to WMMR studio on Wednesday, December 24 for my sixth session. During this time I recorded two more sportscasts. I find that sports is one if the most difficult exericises because I, personally, am not very interested in sports. This caused me to find myself looking up how to pronounce multiple team names and having to learn certain athletic terms. To be honest, I dont plan on persuing any sports broadcasting in the future, but I am working hard to do the best I can on every piece of my resume. I also returned to the studio a few days later on Sunday, December 28 to finish my last sports assignment. This assignment was just recapping scores and I started to find the proper flow and timing after much instruction from my mentor throughout the sports section. Next week I will be working on PSAs.
