One thing I learn from sitting in the station with my mentor is that the system that they use when they are on the air. It's seems to be a pretty intense set up. It's somethign that I wish I could learn more about and get better at. I get better by doing and pbeing hands on. I am hoping ot get more hands on the with system and software. At first it seemed over whleming to learn it because of my mentor has everything down pat so much he does it second nature. But after a while of watching and seeing my mentor do it, I am getting a better grasp on the system.
