• I’m sitting here with Multi-media personality TT Torrez and I’m super excited to chop it up with you. So you’re currently a personality and music director over here at Hot 97 corect? And You were an on air personality for Ipower92.1, IHeart radio, Radio One, Music Choice as well as a morning show host for WNSB. How are you?
• So you’re from the boogie down Bronx. What was it that you saw when hip hop was evolving in the Bronx? So being from such a hip hop cultured borough, how has that environment influenced your career path and you as a person in general? How do you feel about the state of hip hop present day? What artist are in TT Torrez’s playlist?
• On March 12, 2008 you uploaded TT Torrez Diaries IPower921, a radio station in Richmond Virginia. You were thanking your supporters for making you number 1 second to none. You spoke about people doubting you and expecting you to become a product of your environment with different baby daddies, bad credit and just an entirely different life than the one that you created for yourself. –How did you not get trapped and what got you here?
• You said no one expected you to be successful in a short amount of time and if you have a passion fight for it, be the best you can be    - Was there ever a time or a situation that you wanted to give up or felt discouraged? Did other peoples doubt ever become your own? At that point what did you do to get your mind right and push forward?
• So Lonnie Battle, co-worker and longtime Richmond disc jockey of IPower92.1 was quoted saying that you stepped into a void long needing to be filled, bringing “a different type of energy that has never been on Richmond radio.” And ratings have risen. So I’ve watched a lot of your interviews, and you have dynamic interviewing skills, you’re very relatable, unpredictable and unfiltered.  How does TT Torrez, a women recognized in the Billboard magazine of women in entertainment, a woman  named in the source magazines Power 30 list, not once but twice.. Prepare for an interview with an artist? How do you get the juicy content from the artist you interview without that awkward tension or ruining the relationship you’ve established with them? Who are some of your favorite artist you’ve interviewed and why?
• From the beginning of your career you have been very vocal about your upbringings and the financial struggles you’ve been through.  In this industry there’s a constant battle of wanting your supporters to be able to connect to you and know you and wanting to maintain a level of privacy- Where and how do you draw that line of privacy and connecting to the masses, especially with social media? Do we as broadcasters give up the right to privacy?
• What do you think is the hardest part of being a woman and trying to establish their empire in this industry?
• There was an interview you had with Nicki Minaj back in 2009 at VSU homecoming concert where you mentioned that it’s important to visualize what you want especially coming from nothing. I am a firm believer of that and live by the law of attraction and putting things into the universe. -Did you always know and visualize having as you once said an empire of faboulisity on a whole new level? Today right now, what are you visualizing and putting into the universe?
• What advice do you give up and coming multi media personalities like myself in terms of maintaining longevity in the game and in terms of being women in this industry?
• With all your success and experiences, where are you now and what can we anticipate for TT Torrez in the near future?
• Before we sign off if you could pick 4 -5 words that describe TT Torrez what would they be and why?
