Tonight I conducted my very first solo interview that I personally booked, arranged, researched, and conducted. Gary set me up working on a show called the 420 files, he said that I could go and book anyone that I want. I found an event in San Diego and was able to book the manager of the of the California Cannabis Business Expo. He was flying in so logistically it was challenging to make sure I had studio time but also gave time to the other hosts who needed to record as well. When Randy showed up I was pretty nervous, it was my first solo interview that I set up totally, I was running all the equipment, and basically it was up to me to make it work. 30 Mintues later, it was a great time. I was able to get it done and Randy was on his way. He gave us press passes to the expo so I'm pretty excited to go down there and experience what it's like to be part of the media. Gary came and we debriefed on my interview and that was the end of our night.
