So this is my first blog entry. My textbook tells me to write one after every lesson, so i'm a little behind on that. I don't think Iv'e ever actually written a blog, but it seems pretty cool. Like a journal. 

I'm really enjoying my sessions with Mr. Steve Grosz and my time at the 88.7 The Pulse studio. He's even let me be on his morning show The Morning Beat. I mean, that's the whole reason I'm doing this. My dream is to be a radio personality. Playing music that I like, and also being able to share my personal opinions and views (to an extent) over the airwaves so people can listen to me? I'd do that for free. So the idea that I could make a living doing that is pretty incredible for me.

I think I might be missing the point of this blog. Is it just to write about the lessons, or just anything I want? Who is going to read this? Future employers I'm guessing. Even if I dont wind up with my dream job, it's already been worth signing up with RRFC just for the experience I've gained so far. Just finished reading lesson #9 and I'm going into the radio station early tomorrow morning to watch (and participate a little) the Morning Beat with Steve and Jonathan. Then Steve will give me my next assignment. Im starting to get used to how my voice sounds played back to me. After hearing myself repeat the commercials I wrote last week, I realized I need to spice it up a little.
